Join our team as a Mobility Manager and play a central role in shaping the future of CFE’s mobility. We are seeking a passionate and innovative professional to lead our mobility initiatives. As a Mobility Manager, you will develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and sustainability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to optimize our policies and explore innovation and best practices in this matter. Be the center of excellence for all our employees regarding Mobility.
Your Responsibilities :
- You are the center of excellence for all Mobility related topics, ensuring that our various policies (in particular our Mobility Policy) are respected, implemented and updated
- You are responsible of managing the mobility budget within our company, and ensure compliance with the relevant legislation. (TCO calculation for Mobility Budget, Introducing new employees to the Mobility Budget platform)
- You are responsible for the day-to-day management of a fleet of vehicles
- You will ensure rigorous and precise administrative follow-up of all tasks relating to our company's mobility activity: contracts, orders, reporting, etc
- You negotiate collaboration contracts with existing and future partners (mobility startups, leasing companies, car garages, etc.)
- You control all mobility-related costs, ensure that budgets are respected, and draw up regular reports for management
- You actively contribute to the continuous improvement of mobility processes, while respecting budgetary constraints and current legislation
- You keep the company updated about the upcoming trends in the mobility landscape and promote different types of Mobility
Your Skills & Experience
- You have at least 5 years of experience with a good knowledge of corporate fleet and multimodal mobility solutions
- You have a passion for mobility and you are always curious to know more about new upcoming trends
- You communicate fluently with different levels in the company , both in Dutch, French and English
- You are reliable and can be trusted. You willingly accept tasks and goals, you take your commitments seriously, you take responsibility for your actions, decisions and results. You think in solutions and not in problems
- You are a ‘change-maker’. You maintain a positive attitude toward change, and effectively adapt to new working methods and frameworks, modifying your behavior and attitude to best meet the demands of a given situation
- You are customer-oriented and you always try to help customers. You value their opinion and adjust your actions to give internal and external customers a positive experience
- You are proactive, accurate, organized and take a structured approach to work.
- You are motivated and eager to learn
- You are highly fluent with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel,…), service management tooling and comfortable to handle extensive data dashboards
